Hannah is a bicultural and biracial therapist whose work is shaped by rich cross-cultural lived experience. Born and raised in Hong Kong, educated in the United Kingdom, and now living and working in the United States, she brings a global and culturally attuned perspective to therapy.
Hannah supports clients in developing greater emotional well-being through an integrative and individualized approach. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help ease anxious and intrusive thought cycles, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore and heal attachment wounds and early relational ruptures, and EMDR to work through deeply rooted “stuck” patterns that feel hard to shift.
